By accessing or using Project Mimir (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Project Mimir is an independent web-based project that provides tools, data, and analysis related to games, platforms, and game systems.

4. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require creating an account.

Project Mimir is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

6. Steam Integration

Project Mimir may allow users to link a Steam account via Steam OpenID.

Steam authentication is handled by Valve. Project Mimir does not collect Steam passwords or private account credentials.

Use of Steam services is subject to Valve’s own terms and policies.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and original materials provided by Project Mimir are the property of Project Mimir unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without permission, except where allowed by law.

Game-related trademarks, names, and assets belong to their respective owners.


8. User-Provided Content

If you submit content to Project Mimir (including feedback, suggestions, or data), you grant Project Mimir a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service.

You retain ownership of any content you submit.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Project Mimir makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Mimir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
